In my Graphic Design class, we were able to upload a design we made from Illustrator to a machine that burned the design on a piece of wood. I thought working on this would only take a week, but it took me 4 months. I measured each line manually and it took so long but I think it was worth it to get different shades while only using black lines and white negative space.
