My work is an inquiry into color and mark making. I enjoy looking at the contrast in the world around me and breaking it down by blocks of color and shapes. The more I paint, the more I notice these compelling contrasts. At the beginning of high school, I began to realize my interest in the visual arts, and for the past two years, I’ve continued to pursue this passion through various projects both in school and outside of school.
