Inspired by a photo on Pinterest of someone in a bat costume, this piece explores what it means to be all-powerful through color and perspective.
This piece is one of my first artworks using ink and watercolor. Using different textures like stippling and hatching creates depth and emphasizes the form of the subject and the background.
In this piece I experimented with using water and ink to create value through spit-shading. This is a sequence zooming out from the specific to the big picture.
