This is an experimental piece I did to explore different styles and types of art. When painting it, I started by getting paint all over the canvas and seeing what shapes popped out to me. As I refined it further, I tried out different materials and techniques. I had a lot of fun making it as I allowed myself room to mess up and avoided my criticism. I love seeing artists enthralled by their work, and when I can proudly look at the artistic monster I created, I can’t help but smile.
